Participation and Jurisdiction
We do not allow anyone under the age of 18 to play in our casino. We also have the full right to check users for compliance with all rules of the site and other Pascaline Casino products. If necessary, we may ask you to provide proof of identity, address, or any other information requested by us, without warning.
By playing at our casino, the player assumes full responsibility for his/her actions. We include compliance with the laws of your country in this term as well. If you break any of the laws of your country when you play at the casino, you, and not Pascaline Casino, are solely to blame.
Casino Customer Account
At the time of registration, a new customer must provide full information about him/herself. It must be truthful and not made up. If there are any inaccuracies in the information provided by the bettor, Pascaline Casino may ask you for official documents to prove your identity, address, or other things. If after providing the documents the verification cannot be completed, we will have the right to close or suspend the client’s account and confiscate the full amount of the balance.
If the client’s registration details have changed, he must fully replace the old information about himself with the new information. Also, the customer must notify the technical support of the casino about any changes in the account data.
A Pascaline Casino player may only create and maintain one account. If we determine that our registered user has created more than 1 account, we will have the full right to block them all with a complete withdrawal of the balances of these accounts.
The player is solely responsible for the actions he takes while using the account. Any activity after the correct username and password are valid. The player is solely responsible for the confidentiality of the account information, and in the event of loss of the data, Pascaline Casino will not be held responsible. Nor will Pascaline Casino be liable for any loss of funds in your account.
Pascaline Casino may, without giving any reason, suspend or block the user’s account for personal reasons.
If desired, Pascaline Casino may request documents from the client to verify the information we require. We may also ask for documents certified by a Notary Public or other professional persons, if necessary. The documents provided must be photographed in good quality with all the characters fully displayed. In the event that the information you provide is of poor quality, you may be asked to resubmit the necessary information
We may ask the client for proof of identity (passport, driving license) and proof of address (bank statements or utility bills). If necessary, other types of documentation may also be requested.
If the client provides false information about the account, the verification may be terminated and the client’s account may be blocked indefinitely.
We do not accept any liability for losses or lost profits due to software failures. In the event of a casino failure, all play at that time may be canceled and money refunded to users’ accounts. Also, if we determine that a customer plays on purpose during a software failure or error, his account may be blocked without explanation.
The user of Pascaline Casino is solely responsible for illness or other mental problems associated with casino gaming. In order to prevent gambling addiction from developing, we advise players to take occasional breaks from casino activities for a few months or, if a gambling addiction has already developed, to seek professional help.
Bonus Balance and Cash Balance
The balance is divided into a bonus balance, which the player receives from participating in the promotion, and a cash balance, which the player has from depositing his own funds. The bonus balance can only be cashed out if the wagering conditions are fully satisfied. All wagering requirements are triggered from the moment the cash and bonus account balance is topped up.
When playing, funds will be withdrawn from the cash and bonus balances in accordance with the amounts held there. The player has the right to withdraw the cash balance at any time, but the bonus balance will be canceled immediately.
General Terms and Conditions of the Bonus Offers
All promotions can only be used once unless otherwise stated within the bonus. Also, all bonus offers are reviewed regularly by Pascaline Casino and we reserve the right to add and remove bonus offers from our resources.
All bonus offers that have been accepted last for up to 60 days and will expire automatically after that period. If desired, the casino may, for its own reasons, prohibit a certain number of customers from taking part in a promotion without notice of the reason.
Payments and Winnings
Players are not permitted to finance their accounts with monies obtained via unlawful activity. Pascaline Casino also maintains the right to seize monies received by clients as a result of suspected fraudulent activity. Winnings are credited to the player’s cleared casino account balance in their casino account currency. If a player wishes to withdraw a portion or all of his balance, he must first enter the desired amount into the casino and then choose a withdrawal method.
For the next 48 hours, the withdrawn cash will be kept pending. The withdrawal will be handled the next business day after 48 hours. Until the funds are processed, they will not be available for a partial or full reversal.
Please keep in mind that once Pascaline Casino has issued payments, it may take some time for monies to be paid to the financial account you selected. Payment processing timeframes vary by payment method and bank. It is out of our control. Pascaline Casino is not liable for any delays in sending funds to your designated bank account.
